In a bid to combat growing community concerns, FNPH Kaduna organized a public mental health seminar at the state capital. Attended by community leaders, students, and healthcare workers, the event focused on addressing the rising rates of depression, substance abuse among youth, and general anxiety. Clinical psychologists from the hospital led interactive sessions teaching coping mechanisms, stress management techniques, and providing resources to help eliminate the stigma associated with seeking professional psychiatric care.
