Top Management Committee (TMC)
The Top Management Committee (TMC) is the operational decision-making organ of the Federal Neuro-Psychiatric Hospital, Kaduna. It is composed of key directorate heads, steering the day-to-day administrative, financial, logistical, and medical executions of the hospital.
Working in close alignment with the Medical Director, the TMC meets periodically to deliberate on staff resources, clinical service optimizations, budget allocations, student affairs, security coordination, and patient care workflows. It stands as the operational spine of the hospital's day-to-day stability.
